When selling a home, the MLS-listing and websites like Zillow show the home in a way that make it attractive to prospective buyers. The photos motivate the buyer to schedule a walk-through of the house. Although most real estate photos can really make a house look inviting, they are limited in their ability on perspective. Imagine being able to show a birds-eye view of that expansive yard, that inviting pool, or that amazing patio. Aerial photography can achieve those shots. Want to show prospective customers the amenities of the area? There's no better way to do that than with aerial photography.

We only use top of the line drones capable of taking photos in up to 48 MP and videos at 4k. My drones are expensive, but well worth the money to assure we provide you with the best photos and video possible.

Each of our pilots has earned an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate for Small Unmanned Aircraft System, whereby we have demonstrated our knowledge and understanding of all FAA regulations for drone pilots. Along with that Certification comes an obligation to always observe FAA, federal, state and local regulations and practice safe flying. Safety is important to us and not something we take lightly. You can rest assured your photo shoot will be conducted with professionalism. We keep our drones in top shape, perform regular maintenance, and inspect each drone before use. We also closely watch weather as some weather patterns can make flying a drone unsafe. If unsafe weather is imminent, we will postpone our photo shoot as safety will always take precedent.

We understand when things come up. Life is busy and we must prioritize. With that said, we also appreciate your understanding with our cancellation policy. If you cancel a session at least one (1) hour prior to the photo shoot, there is no charge. We will simply rebook you for another time. If you cancel less than one (1) hour prior to your photo shoot, we will charge 10% of the package you selected. If we arrive on site and learn of cancellation on or after the start time, you will be charged 50% of the package you selected.

For safety reasons, we will monitor weather prior to and during each flight. We monitor FAA weather channels for forecasted and current conditions. We are unable to fly in any type of precipitation. In addition, if gusty winds, updrafts or downdrafts are present, we will be unable to safely fly. If this occurs, we will reschedule your photo shoot for another time at no charge.
